Shipping costs

For shipments within the Netherlands and to Belgium and Luxembourg you pay the usual shipping costs. 



Our deliveries are offered by PostNL. We try to send your products within 1 working day after receipt of your payment. However, it may happen that a product is not in stock. In that case you will be informed and we will inform you of an expected delivery time.

Not satisfied with the product (approval period)

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount. 

Click here (the return form is only intended for consumers) if you wish to use the return form, you can also create a digital ticket. 

The costs for the return are for your own account. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging should be returned to De Kassaman. If we receive the product, or the packaging, damaged we will consult with you to find an appropriate solution.


Are you a business customer?

For our business customers the same rules apply as for consumers. It is important that you register the return via our ticket system on your personal page or via email.


Damages and defects 

Despite the great care we take with your order, it may happen that an item becomes defective or that you receive the wrong product through no fault of your own. In these cases you should contact De Kassaman within 3 working days.


My package is damaged on the outside

If your package is damaged on the outside you should immediately report this to the deliveryman of the parcel service. You do not accept the parcel. Please contact us as soon as possible with the reason why. We will ensure that you get a new product as soon as possible.


My product is damaged / defective in the package

When the product you ordered is damaged during transport, or appears to be defective you can return the product to us within 7 days. In order to exchange the product for a working one, it is important that you return the product to us as completely as possible (packaging and accessories). We will make sure that you receive a new product as soon as possible. Your shipping costs will be reimbursed.


My product is defective within the warranty period

You have the right to return a defective product within the warranty period.

Please contact us. You will receive a return code which you should add to the package so that we can respond quickly and efficiently. Send the product as complete as possible so incl. accessories. We will make sure that you get a working product again as soon as possible. (Provided the warranty conditions have been met). Your shipping costs will not be refunded.


Rules for returning

Pack your package carefully.
Keep the proof of shipment.
You are responsible for your shipment until it arrives with us, including for damage during transport to us.
Unstamped shipments will not be accepted.
